21c Museum Hotel St. Louis

Everything about this cool hotel was terrific: Staff, rooms, art, pool, bar! A great vibe for sure! I especially want to compliment the valets, Kevin and Dello! They were great guys and so helpful! They greeted us with a very pleasant personality and warm smile! Kudos to both of them!!

The hotel as a whole is great. The lobby, the gallery, the bar did not disappoint. The problem we had was with the service. It started with the check in. I was traveling with three kids and I asked the person checking us in where I could find something casual for dinner within a safe walking distance and he recommended the hotel restaurant which looked great but casual or for kids. He then said “I don’t know. I haven’t lived here in 6 years.” No big deal, I have Google. When we went to our room there was a dirty room service tray right outside our door. We found a place to eat (Rosalita’s) and when we got back we ordered 4 desserts (including ice cream) from room service. They gave us one fork and one knife. I called and they brought us a bunch of plastic forks. While getting ready for bed I realized there were no face-clothes, none. The next morning when the 4 of us start showering we realize there were 2 bath towels. I called the front desk and requested 6 more and explained there were 4 of us and we were on a tight schedule for a flight. They never came. We continued to get ready using the same 2 towels. After about 30 min. I called again and eventually they brought 3 towels. When we checked out I felt like I should say something to the front desk and when I did and I got a half-hearted “sorry” and then a blank stare. He could not have cared less.

Great stay room very clean and kevin was a great valet guy the bar and food was very good and the museum was awesome we would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in saint louis we will definitely come back #21chotel#goodvibes#greatstay

This hotel was amazing! If you need a nicer pet friendly hotel, this is the one for you! The lobby is gorgeous, as well as the rooms and amenities. Our valet Kevin was SO helpful and kind. This hotel is close to a lot of great restaurants & bars/breweries. 10/10 would recommend staying here!

Beautiful hotel, great service, and fabulous athletic facility! We had a great stay and would come back. The food was good and the drinks too. Conveniently located to great sites in the city and very friendly staff. Valet service was convenient too. Special shout out to Kevin at Valet!
