Hotel Valencia Riverwalk

My husband and I had a weekend get away and decided to stay at Hotel Valencia. Denise Espinoza went out of her way and made our night very special and fun. Kudos to Denise for making sure we were taken care of all the way :D The hotel itself is right on the riverwalk, clean and beautiful. We look forward to staying again and recommend anyone to stay here you will not be disappointed.

Me and my husband had not spent a a lot of time together so he decided to surprise me and we stayed there last weekend. The hotel was so beautiful, safe place and the service was great. Denise Espinoza was such a great help to us and her service was was exceptional. Very outgoing and helpful. Hopefully we see her again when we return.

My stay at this hotel was spectacular! The service received was exceptional from all of the staff, especially Sarah at the front desk, and Bobby from Dorrego's restaurant! The facility was well kept, and very luxurious. Will definitely be returning again!

Spent New Year's Eve at Hotel Valencia Riverwalk. Wonderful accommodations, friendly staff, and great atmosphere. Bringing in the New Year at Hotel Valencia did not disappoint. They thought of everything, from dinner to breakfast, we had a blast.

Hotel Valencia Riverwalk provides great service, clean rooms, spacious rooms, and convenient location. We stayed in room 712, a double double. Beds and chairs were comfortable. The room was spacious with generous counter space. The bathroom was well lit, but lacked a night light. Valet service was attentive and welcoming. Location is excellent, on riverwalk and walking distance to restaurants and sights. The hotel offers warm and inviting ambience, unlike the big box, sterile hotels. I took issue with billing on this trip. Yes, I knowingly reserved a room at a special loyalty member rate of three nights for the price of two. The issue lies with being billed for three nights even though we had to leave because of illness after the second night. I exchanged email and spoke with Rebecca, who identified herself as the supervisor. She was unable to adjust my charges. However, true to the excellent customer service we have experienced at Hotel Valencia, Riverwalk, the billing issue was resolved by Sarah. She phoned me, adjusted my bill, and sent a new bill to confirm. I certainly acknowledge their customer service and thank Sarah. We will continue to stay at Hotel Valencia when we visit San Antonio.
