Great stay with warm welcome. Excellent, forthcoming service and amenities. Special thanks to concierge Armando for achieving all the desired reservations. Fitness and Spa aérea a must visit. We loved being back, also enjoying the in house restaurant Maras.

A fantastic place to stay in Lima.
We visited as part of a luxury cruise tour vacation. While we were less than thrilled by some aspects of the trip, our stay at the Westin Lima was excellent. The hotel staff was helpful and accommodating. The food was very good. The room was clean, comfortable, and well laid out for our few days there. We both enjoyed massages at the spa, and we took advantage of the e-bikes available to see more of Lima than walking would have provided. It all goes back to the people, and they were the best!

Great atmosphere and meal at the Maras
The food was outstanding. So fresh and delicious. The shrimp causa was some of the best I have tried in Peru. The style was unique to the Maras, not the normal presentation for causa. For main I had the oso buco. It was rich in flavour and the meat very tender. Joel was attentive and friendly and we appreciated his service.

Enjoyable Lima visit
As a first-time, non-Spanish-speaking visitor to Lima, I couldn't have chosen a better place to stay than the Westin Lima. The Concierge team, especially Melissa, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and convenience from start to finish. With my late evening arrival, they efficiently arranged airport-to-hotel transportation in advance, making my arrival seamless. Upon reaching the hotel, Melissa took charge of organizing all my local travels and sightseeing, turning what could have been a challenging trip into an unforgettable adventure. Melissa's exceptional service was truly the key to my delightful experience in Lima.

Luxury hotel
Beautiful hotel in a glass skyscraper. Our corner room on 11th floor had floor-to-ceiling glass windows with 180 degree view. Good restaurant. Unfortunately, our flight home was at midnight, so we could not enjoy the room longer than for a shower and nap.
