Feeling special!
I was meeting a group of friends and I arrived two days prior. The entire staff especially Reservations was so wonderful. I want to give a special thanks to Doris, who made me feel like a queen . I travel a lot and I stay at a lot of Marriotts, however, the level of service I received was off the charts! The club floor was fantastic! Everyone tried so hard with every aspect of my stay! The spa was wonderful and the salon. Thank you!

Breakfast at the Lima Westin
Outstanding service, incredible food and lovely surroundings. At breakfast, Eduardo was so welcoming, efficient and completely delightful. He was attentive without hovering and was genuinely interested in our experience in Peru and specifically our satisfaction with breakfast. What a great ambassador for your hotel.

Best Experience, Johan Flores
Johan Flores and his entire team was exceptional! From greeting us at the door at arrival to departure. We enjoyed all the smiling faces as we explored the hotel. We attended the Abar, pool and lobby bar, fantastic experience. Johan Flores made our departure easy and emotional as we didn't want to leave due to the experience. Everytime we return to Peru, Westin Lima is our home.

Service above and beyond
The JW Marriott Lima went above and beyond upgrading me to a suite and granting lounge access gratis due to being Titanium Elite. Andrea at the front desk was very flexible in allowing a late check out since our flights home were early morning the next day.
