Great luxury San Sebastián hotel.
Best customer service, and a beautiful luxury hotel. Hotel manager, and associates were polite, friendly, and professional. The hotel is located close to the beach and lots of fun delicious restaurants. Airport is 30 minutes from the hotel. Also, Biarritz, France, is close to the airport.

The hotel is fabulous. Old world elegance. Very luxurious. Great location. The ladies at reception and concierge are super. They are so friendly and helpful. My one year old daughter adored them. Special shout out to Patricia and Zaki. Thanks for making our stay so great. We will be back!

Class. Lovely service. Impressive facilities. Carlos from Food and Beverage manager, along with Belkys, Mandeep and Carolina (front desk) - all stand out employees. If you have special requests or questions do not hesitate to ask. They will fall over themselves to make you happy. Gorgeous hotel. Most convenient. Lovely old world service and style. Great Bonvoy recognition and treats. Amazing rooms with all the best touches. Turn down service, bottled waters and chocolate bedside. One of our favorite hotels ever. Watch out Alfonso XIII. Take the trip - stay here. You will feel like royalty. Highlight of our trip! Definitely returning. Please change nothing!!

Elegant historic hotel
Lovely elegant classy hotel in San Sebastian. Location is perfect to explore San Sebastian, close to many restaurants, bakeries, waterfront. Room are large and well appointed. Staff are very friendly and go above and beyond. I never met staff that did not have a smile on their face or greet me. Breakfast served in a beautiful grand room. Wonderful and large selection of items including fruit, breads and pastries, meats and prepared hot items. Items can be ordered from a menu as well. Ate at Saigon restaurant in the hotel and found the selection good and food one night one excellent and 2nd time we went not as great but still a nice change to pinxtos if you are seeking that. Maria Cristina is perfect place to stay if you are looking for elegant, historic, good location, great breakfast and superb staff

Fantastic Hotel
Fantastic hotel. Excellent accommodations, great location, friendly staff, and wonderful public areas. The concierges are very helpful, and the location is perfect. Most of the city sights are walkable. Also a friendly hotel for parents traveling with children. Highly recommend.
