Great experience with reservations team
I will be staying in this property in April (it forced me to choose something under "when did you go" above - but my experience was in December) and had some questions about my reservation. I made the reservation without indicating any preferences and when a colleague of mine mentioned that she had made a request, I emailed reservations to see if I could adjust my reservation. Leticia Marques responded to my emails in a timely manner and was super helpful. I am already very impressed and looking forward to my stay.

Amazing hotel in great location
What an amazing hotel. The front desk staff were exemplary and helpful in everything they did. Our room (a corner suite) was superb, very comfy bed, lovely sitting room and great views of Sao Paola. The bar on the top floor was great fun, very friendly with great cocktails. Breakfast is also served there and had a great selection and wonderful views. We felt safe walking around the area. There are some good restaurants and shopping in walking distance. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel if you want to be in a central hotel in the city.

Massage at the spa
Incredible experience at the spa! So easy to schedule and the deep tissue massage was one of the best I have ever had! The entire process was so relaxing and enjoyable. It was a very wonderful experience. Highly recommend in every capacity!!

Book your stay at a great hotel
There are so many aspects of my trip that were truly above and beyond my expectations. I came to São Paulo for a medical emergency and the Tivoli Hotel staff were awesome. They tried everything to make sure my needs were met regardless of the language differences. I have new friends that I will remember forever. The rooms, the views, and the food was amazing. Thank you Tivoli family for embracing my husband and I. I’m sending another review for staff members by name separately. This one is for Jamilly, Mr. Louie, Niki, Victoria, and David 🙏🥰. Another Excellent Stay at Tivoli
Another great stay at the Tivoli. Room service was ordered and Jamilly provided excellent room service. The food was delicious and just as I ordered. I appreciate the hotel’s effort to make my stay enjoyable. Highly recommend! Definitely will be back!
