Not a good W and poor Titanium experience
I love the W brand but was disappointed with this property. Boring, lame pool scene, and loud. Gym was good. Room service was good but ridiculously experience ($49 for eggs and coffee). They also don’t release most of their suites to Titanium customers for upgrades. Been Titanium for 8 years and never experienced that.

Unauthorized credit card charges at the bar
Beware of credit card charges at the bar! My husband and I are locals and went to the Living Room bar at the W Scottsdale for a pre dinner drink. Upon ordering our first drink and providing a card to the bar tender, we received an alert from our bank that a $125 charge was put on our card. The bar tender claimed that she had not run our card. When we left, we paid our bill and received another alert for the amount of our bill. Great. 10 minutes later we received another alert on our phone that our card had been charged a third time. I reached out to the W the next day and was referred to the company that manages their bars and bar staff, Spellbound. I reached out to Spellbound and they said they would look into the issue and then never heard back.

Terrible Time at the W
The security staff caused a huge issue for nothing. I spent hundreds of thousands there to be treated like that. the W is falling apart with there terrible staff and low budget security staff. Our company will never stay there again and will be suing the W for all my expenses

Great Valet
I stayed at the W for one night but was in and out during my stay. I valet parked my car and Monty was very helpful with the valet. He was kind and very professional and made sure my car was promptly available. He even offered to help me figure out car app. He goes above and beyond.

Monty W Hotel Valet Parking
Monty was efficient, helpful and polite. There was very little wait time for my car. Valet parking was also incredibly helpful with loading the bags. The valet service was also organized when we returned to park the car. They also offered water for the trip. First class.
