It was okay
Bathroom was beautifully pristine looking I booked for four people but they only gave me enough toiletries for one person. Strange that they charged for water, but at least there was a clear sign that says the cost. Obviously, housekeeping was not a thing I could comment on, considering there was a fire that shut down the hotel for most of Saturday that I stayed. No discounts were applied or offered for this.

Be Aware of Parking Fees
Good location. You don't need a car if you explore download core. We parked our car for 2 days without moving it. Well. I had to pay $150.63 for 45 hour 12 minutes self parking. You had to give them you credit card # when you started parking. After you drove away they text the bill. We phoned the parking manager, he said the rate is every 12 hours, plus fees and taxes. But they have daily rate which was around $37/d, plus fee and tax, which is relevant compare to their valet parking rate $68 per day.

If I could give a zero I would. Made a reservation, had questions about parking. NO help from the robot, no return email with any helpful answer, CANNOT talk to a human OR contact the front desk to ask questions. NO THANK YOU Cancelled and made a reservation else where

Great stay!
Our stay at the Grand Hyatt was great! Hotel was clean and the staff was very welcoming. We enjoyed working out in the gym. We would definitely recommend the Grand Hyatt to friends and family for their stay in Seattle, Washington. Look forward to staying in the future!

Great hotel & great location
A wonderful hotel stay in Seattle. The location is superb. You can walk to literally any of the well known establishments around Pike Market and so many restaurants (and the gum wall in case someone may fancy seeing it...). Upon arrival, we were welcomed with an efficient check-in & offered a glass of sparkling wine.... The room is comfortable and good size. Our room has both shower and a soaking tub... which is rare nowaday. Highly recommended

The Elliott Grand Hyatt Seattle was the best hotel experience. It exceeded our expectations. The staff was the best... period. Each member treated my daughter and me as if we were royalty. From the bellmen, to the concierge, each person went the extra step that makes a five-star property shine!
