Lotte Hotel Seattle

I stayed at the Lotte hotel for a week during a work trip. The hotel was managed by my company, so I didn't have much familiarity with it upon arrival, but over the course of the next week I was pleasantly surprised at several turns. From a professional perspective the hotel managed the event very well, with plenty of good spaces for both larger meetings and smaller ones. The hotel team was timely and effective preparing spaces on a daily basis and re-configuring them as needed plenary sessions vs roundtables vs catering. From an individual perspective, while some of the decor and specifics of the units are peculiar (see other comments about design) I found the rooms to be spacious, comfortable, and well designed. Staff were attentive and fast on things like room service, and housekeeping staff took small steps that were appreciated. Interactions at reception on the 16th floor or the welcome desk on the ground floor were always cordial. The bar and accompanying restaurant are great in-house options as well. Special mention for Arthur who went above and beyond to accommodate a car-related request I had. I put the request in to take a car from the hotel and it was already out, but Arthur ensured that upon its return I was promptly notified and able to avail it. Excellent service.

The customer service at the Lotte Hotel was spectacular from the front desk to the lobby and the bartenders at the bar. Everyone was so friendly. The manager Sun was also very helpful and paid special attention to accommodate my needs which I was grateful for as I was celebrating my birthday during this stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and would be staying here again in the future. The hotel is beautiful, clean and staff is very friendly. I truly enjoyed my stay.

Very stylish, spacious and cozy room, and I especially like bathroom design. Assistance from Sun made us feel warm and comfortable. Room service responded very quickly. Charlotte restaurant is amazing with fantastic view and delicious food. Highly recommend people to visit.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. I went back and forth between Lotte and Fairmont hotels. I am so happy I chose this one because the room, food, and service were excellent. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was relaxing. My only issue was that the hotel is farther from the attractions than other hotels in the Downtown area. But, a little walking never hurt (except for the Seattle hills).

Lotte is an excellent hotel with outstanding service and atmosphere. This is hospitality done with class. All the staff (door, desk, lounge, restaurant) were friendly and helpful. The lounge area is a great place for happy hour from 3-6pm with a buzzing but relaxed vibe. Saturday night was even better with live music! Housekeeping is prompt and thorough. There are mirrors throughout the property and never once did I see as much as a fingerprint. The men’s sauna area has both dry and steam sauna. The only criticism I have of my entire stay is in this area. The showers in the sauna area were not replenished with soap. I alerted the sauna desk staff, but the issue remained over several days. I also thought the steam shower could have used a bit of freshening up. But this being the only minor smudge on a truly excellent one week stay speaks to the high bar set throughout the rest of the property. I will stay here every time I am in Seattle!
