service above and beyond
Beautiful landscaping, the grounds are breath taking. Meals outside by the creek were dreamy, we did not dine any where else (breakfast, lunch and dinner!!). Highly recommend for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay. All staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. The pool is not the serene retreat we were hoping for but the jacuzzi was great. Garden Cottage rooms were comfortable and the fireplace and outdoor showers a plus.

Unique vacation destination
Great place to stay, relax by the creek and go hiking red rocks. We even got a visit by a wild pig herd and a skunk. Place is teeming with life. Hotel is located close to all the hiking trails and walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Parking during busy season can be challenging - so use hotel's shuttle as much as you can.

EXCELLENT
Excellent location, fantastic views. Check in was seemless. Front desk staff does a great job. Valet service extremely attentive. Never a problem getting my car or getting a golf car to take us to our room. We had a Vista cottage while very nice I think it might need a refresh soon. You won’t go wrong at L’Auberge.

5 Stars – Exceptional Service!
I had an amazing experience thanks to one of the hotel staff members - Milena - who truly went above and beyond. From the moment we arrived, she was an incredible communicator—clear, attentive, and always one step ahead. Milena provided detailed information about everything we needed, answered all our questions with confidence and ease, and made sure we felt completely taken care of. On top of being knowledgeable, she was genuinely kind and thoughtful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone so professional and personable. A true asset to the hotel—thank you!

Great visit
Beautiful setting, hotel was lovely, rooms were updated and clean. Staff was very helpful and welcoming, beginning with Milena Barbosa. At check in she helped us immediately and got us all the information we needed. Staff was available to help even at odd hours of the morning when we were heading out to hike. Great stay
