An Idyllic first anniversary (another honeymoon)
We spent our first anniversary this month at L'Auberge. It was spectacular. Having a fire each night when going to bed was very wonderful as was hearing Oak Creek in our room. The service was excellent and very thoughtful. I would highlight Bryan at the front desk, Orelia our maid, and Haily and George in the Cress Restaurant with its superb food and service.

Absolutely fabulous resort. Made full use of the classes every day, which were brilliant. Just a shame that a couple of them were cancelled during the week we were there. Fruit in reception is a lovely idea but needs to be topped up regularly. Housekeeping service brilliant but seemed to come very late in the day, just as we were returning from hikes and been out all day.

Disappointing service and poorly managed luxury resort with a lack of customer service across the entire resort.
During my recent stay at L’Auberge in Sedona, I encountered multiple service failures that left me deeply disappointed. My expensive necklace was lost due to poor communication between staff, and despite my efforts, no resolution was provided. Valet service was inattentive, leaving guests waiting while staff stood chatting. Breakfast was served outdoors in 45-degree weather with insufficient heaters, and the lack of coordination and communication among staff was apparent throughout my stay. Adding to the frustration, the hotel’s General Manager, Joe Mottershead, did not respond to my email. For a five-star property, this was far below expectations. Highly recommend to people looking to unplug, relax, and recharge
Absolutely world class experience! From the time we entered the property to when we left it felt like we were in another world of perfect service, class, dining and relaxation. The daily mindfulness therapy sessions were amazing!! The dining from Brunch to Dinner was world class and the rooms were magical. Cannot beat the views!

L'Aurberge--the best in Sedona
We spent a lot of time researching the top hotel in Sedona and finally choose L'Auberge. Well, we did a great job as the hotel exceeded our lofty expectations. The room was exceptional, with a view to die for. The restaurant was very good, with great food and better services. Every worker was nicer than the next. The over the top service was their shuttle around Sedona--could not have been more accommodating and easy to get around town. We would not stay anywhere else.
