Grand Hotel Continental Siena

This hotel is amazing! The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Our room was upgraded to a Junior Suite & it was the nicest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The staff made travel arrangements for us & gave us terrific recommendations for dinner. There is a bar & dining available. We also did a wine tasting in the wine cellar which informative & delicious! The location is terrific for exploring Siena on foot. Would strongly recommend!

My family and I just enjoyed a perfect two-night stay at the Grand Hotel Continental Siena. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of everything, allowing us to walk wherever we wanted. True to its name, the hotel exuded old-world charm. Our rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed. The staff was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help us. The restaurant service was excellent, and the food was delicious. I would absolutely stay at the Grand Hotel again and highly recommend it!

Stayed for five nights. Awesome experience. Small elegant hotel in a perfect location. Room was bright, clean with nice beds. Awesome view of the old town of Siena including the Duomo and Basilica from our room’s balcony on the top floor. Staff were friendly and helpful. Could not have been happier. Thank you

My husband and I only organised lunch at this hotel on a day's visit whilst holidaying in Italy. My husband is elderly with walking difficulties so we needed a base whilst sightseeing in Siena. Even though we weren't sleeping here the staff were so wonderful we returned for afternoon tea. The hotel is beautiful, close to all the main sights, the food is excellent and presented in the nicest manner. Laura on reception made sure our short stay was so comfortable and it was so easy to chat with her in English. She was so kind. Our taxi for the return train journey to Florence was late, so as she was finishing her shift she gave up the taxi she had booked for herself so we would get to the station in time. Believe me, my husband and I have stayed in countless superior hotels in Europe, America and Canada and there aren't many that give such superlative service. Amazing location and the views from our room were stunning. We were a small group of 2-3 rooms and stayed for two nights. Everything but the breakfast offering met expectations for our two nights and the location simply cannot be matched. The breakfast overall is a 3 star offering.
