What a wonderful relaxing getaway at this beautiful hotel! Such great pampering and service!!!The staff made this a wonderful stay! Looked forward every day to recapping our day and relaxing in the bar talking with server Shan/Ananya. What a remarkable young man!! He was the highlight of our trip. Loved our conversations and his great service. Also special thanks to Diorshirra/ Ivan, Jaden at the front door, always a smile, Zariah, Mitzi ,Milo, Reda and Sumit. This is a wonderful location, beautiful hotel, walking distance to St. George , or can ride their shuttle, but getting to have seclusion and peaceful beauty, within just a few hours flight from the east coast or Atlanta.

Our experience with the St. Regis Bermuda was the absolute worst hotel experience we have ever had. At $1500 a night, one would expect near perfection. It took 3 hours to check in (us and a whole room full of vacationers), the carpet was very stained, there were no pictures in the room, it was just one big room with very limited and inexpensive furnishings, the ironing board was leaning against the wall with nowhere to store it, there was a dingy shower curtain hanging on the shower, which, opened on to the one large room. This hotel was sold to us as a Virtuoso Hotel. Apparently, no one let the staff know because there were very few "extras' included unless we pointed out that we were part of the Virtuoso group. The snacks in the bar were a mix of what looked like the bottom of a bag of about 3 different kinds of chips and pretzels. I could go on and on, but you get the picture. We have traveled all over the world and are not novices. Marriott should advertise this hotel as a very middle of the road resort. PS: Thankfully, the water is beautiful in Bermuda.

A wonderful 3 nights at the St Regis. The location is very pretty, right on the beach with no other hotels near by so you have the place to yourself. The hotel was sold out while we were there but never felt crowded. Every meal that we had was excellent. However, what really set this hotel apart was the quality of the staff. Everyone was super friendly and very helpful. Particular shout outs to Tessa in the spa, Christine at the front desk and Christopher down by the beach. Someplace we would definitely go back to.

This is a hard review for me because I guess I should’ve known with a St Regis the vibe was gonna be what it is. The main selling point for this place is the location. It’s a prime private stretch of pristine beautiful beach. It’s next to a historic fort with fantastic views of the water and all the areas around it. I can’t say enough about walking directly out to the water. Like u can be in bed and then 30 seconds later your face to face with gorgeous blue water and pink(ish) sand. The quant little village gives u the vibe you need without having to go all the way into Hamilton, which I’m told is of 35 minute cab ride, which will not be cheap. The thing is I stayed here because I’m a Marriott guy and this is the only game in town. And believe me it’s a pretty lobby to look out at the water. That being said when I wasn’t at the beach or pool or even getting a massage in the spa, I wanted to get the hell out of this place. The staff is very nice. In fact overly nice. It’s that over-the-top fake kiss your bottom service that just doesn’t fit in with Bermuda. Bermuda is a lovely quaint, laid-back place and this place with the marble floors and the over the top flower arrangements everywhere and the staff, treat you like your queen Elizabeth. I know people like it. It’s just very offputting and uncomfortable. The Restaurants are ridiculous. Trying so hard to be five star cuisine with five star service. But it’s like I’m wearing my Bermuda shorts and my T-shirt just want a good high quality chicken sandwich. And the server is completely up my butt hello sir Mr. Owen, shall we bring you the Stillwater or the sparkling? May I show you the champagne list? It’s just ridiculous. Again, I know people that really like this and I was surrounded with a lot of snotty typical St. Regis type customers who throw fits and demand this kinda behavior. Ughhh. I wanted to put my headphones on every time I left my room. Luckily on day two I found a really great restaurant literally across the parking lot . Now that is a fun restaurant with the most gorgeous view and an elegant casual menu at normal prices. I mean my dinner at the Saint Regis was $185 and it was downright mediocre. Skirt steak for $69 coconut shrimp at $30 for 5 shrimp on a lil narrow plate. Come on. This is not the cote azur. It’s a sweet lil island with friendly approachable locals. If this wasn’t affiliated with Marriott it would be empty. But I’ll give it props for the locale. And because I’m a Marriott person I was upgraded which they didn’t need to do and I didn’t ask for.
