Set within the Christophe Harbor development on Banana Bay in the most natural and untouched region of this beautiful island, Park Hyatt St. Kitts, a luxury resort, introduces the unparalleled Park Hyatt experience for discerning leisure travelers and incentive groups to this idyllic dream destination in the West Indies. The resort spans the entire width of Banana Bay, one of the island's most beautiful golden sand beaches. The former Plantations are the inspiration behind the design of the Hotel and this is reflected throughout the Resort. The accommodations are chic in design, spacious with some suites featuring individual roof top swimming pools with spectacular views of the neighboring island, Nevis.

Enjoyed my stay with family. Excellent location, close to the beach, multiple pool options, good customer service.

The property was perfect for a quick 5 day vacation in the Caribbean, quiet time of year. The staff was attentive, food was excellent and the rooms cleaned twice a day. Look forward to a return trip.

We were invited to a wedding and decided to book the Hyatt. It is a very nice hotel with all the amenities that you need. It was very quiet due to the time of year. The staff was excellent and very attentive. I started taking names to mention, but the list became too long. My husband left his laptop on the airplane and Sharez in Concierge quickly dealt with the issue and we were able to pick the laptop up at the airport next day. We did not think we would get it back. We had little need to contact the front desk, but when we had questions they were promptly answered. The GM made a lovely suggestion for a dinner out which by fate turned out to be the wedding venue, Orchid Bay Beach House which was was outstanding. We did have slow service and missed meal for one of our party at the pool bar on the first day, but otherwise the service was very good and very attentive. The menus were consistent with other restaurants offsite in that they had options for everyone but they were not extensive. This seems to be the trend world wide at higher end places. The breakfast was really good with great options. The rooms were well appointed and lovely. The cleaning staff did a great job. The hotel is somewhat isolated from the main part of the island, but I loved this. You will likely need a car as you will want to see this beautiful island. There are restaurants close by that you can visit that are great. You could walk, but it was really hot so security gave us a ride and picked us up as well. I was really impressed by the staff as they were always in good spirit and always willing to help. The beach and view of Nevis is stunning. St. Kitts does not have the expansive beaches that some places have but The Hyatt has a good beach area that you can enjoy. They offer covers for the chairs, towel as well as Sunscreen and Cooling gel beach side and pool side. The pools are also very nice.

If I had to summarize my experience: the Park Hyatt St Kitts looks like a five star hotel, is priced like a five star hotel, has the amenities of a five star hotel, but doesn’t have the service level of a five star hotel. The accommodations were spacious and clean. We had two rooms that were connecting through a small corridor. One room with a king bed and the other with two queens. Each room had a balcony with an ocean view. The hotel has its own private pier which allows for easy access by boat to Nevis. We took a boat directly to the Four Seasons to have dinner one night and while it was very convenient, the price tag was around $200 roundtrip! Our kids loved spending time at the hotel’s kid’s club (Island Fort) while we relaxed by the pool or went to the hotel gym, stocked with treadmills, bikes, machines and free weights. The hotel wasn’t without some flaws, however. The food options are quite lacking and get a bit tiring after a few days. I recommend going off property a few times. There are a couple of nice restaurants close by (Spice Mill, Reggae Beach Bar). We did do the afternoon tea experience one day at the hotel and that was lovely with the kids with a wide assortment of sandwiches and pastries. But there are only two restaurants on property and one of the two was sometimes closed for dinner. Service was slow. I’m not sure if this was due to it being off season or not. But don’t expect your pool chairs to be set up for you. Don’t expect to have the towel station be manned. More of a do it yourself situation more than anything else. Our food orders often came long after we put our orders in. We enjoyed our stay but it wasn’t without its problems.

Park Hyatt is an amazing place to stay. The hotel and grounds are simply beautiful! The rooms are gorgeous The employees went above and beyond to be helpful and they are extremely courteous and friendly. Park Hyatt provides outstanding customer service and I highly recommend it.
