Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour

Amazing view fantastic hotel to stay in while in Sydney. The room was clean spacious and modern. Location excellent. Service was fantastic the staff very helpful and very friendly. Perfect location for Harbourview holiday. Love sitting out in the balcony watching the fairies come and go all day. Highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here whilst in Sydney for 4 nights out our Honeymoon. We had an amazing stay, we had a balcony harbour view room, which made it for us. It was so spacious - really big, clean and tidy and so well equipped. The bath is also amazing! The view is amazing of the bridge. The hotel is in a perfect location right in the centre of Circular Quay. The staff were also so helpful and friendly. Thank you!

This is a bit of a difficult one. The location and the apartment itself are brilliant. Amazing views of the harbour, very comfortable and within walking distance of so much. However, service was poor. Front desk were generally fine, but a few weak links; but the breakfast and bar were just bad. The classic example was no orange juice at breakfast "because we ran out yesterday". Well go and buy some more ! Bar staff were uninterested, unsmiling and slow. So different to the staff at Pullman Sydney Airport, who were great.

The very best thing about this apart-hotel is it’s position, it was fabulous to be in the midst of Circular Quay and the view of the Bridge was spectacular. The apartment itself was a great size and was well-equipped. There is a washing machine (detergent provided) and a dryer which we found extremely useful having been on a cruise for several weeks. The fridge was stocked up with treats including , water, pop, wine etc- and there was also a good selection of spirits- take heed though, these lovely touches are very expensive so we did not use, instead going to the local shop. We loved sitting on the balcony and people-watching- it really is the perfect place to do so. A few negative points prevent me from giving a five star review; the apartment was dated/tired and not like the pictures on the website (not the bedroom anyway). We paid a lot of money for a three night-stay and did not expect chipped paintwork & dusty furniture. The worst thing was that we didn’t sleep very well due to the poor air-conditioning, it was completely ineffective. There’s a note in the room telling guests not to switch it below 18 degrees ?? I am not sure we would return for the price we paid in all honesty.

8 family members stayed here for two nights and the view was amazing! You are in heart of everything happening and so much to see and do all around you. All rooms have great views of the Opera house or the bridge. Excellent people watching and all the ferries coming in and out. So nice to see the big different cruise ships each day. Rooms were nice and spacious and clean. Breakfast was great too. Highly recommend.
