Shangri-La Hotel Sydney

Nice room and amazing view of Sydney harbour. Unfortunately pool area was noisy with badly unsupervised children breaking rules of no running and no diving so hard to relax in that area including the whirlpool. Also very stingy on toiletries and milk for nice pods coffee machine. Shower screen looked tired and needing replacement. Very disappointing for a hotel charging over 500 dollars a night. On second night we complained twice about noise upstairs from our room and staff at reception could not manage the issue. Their English was inadequate and something was said about staff moving furniture but at 1 am? Gave us a late check out to compensate but it ruined our sleep and plans for the following morning anyway. Will not be back there. Plenty of other hotels in the harbour for a nice view.

The service is top class and the staff are very friendly and helpful. An excellent location to visit and to enjoy the Sydney views and experience. Remember to take level 36 the Bar is amazing. Offering teas, drinks and refreshments daily. The facilities are great with nothing less than excellent. Bring your walk shoes as the Sydney surroundings are great for walking. The summer months do amplify the views of the harbour and surroundings. Highly recommended.

From the luxurious surroundings to the flawless service, every detail was executed to perfection. I am so grateful for my stay and cannot recommend The Shangala enough. Excellent hotel with wonderful, attentive staff. Incredible views, decent gym and quality food. Shangri-La may have overtaken the Fullerton as my hotel of choice for business trips to Sydney. In fact, I might bring the family next time because it such a terrific spot.

I loved the over all experience they helped us guide us about sydney. Their team was amazing ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ i usally dont go out but when i reached there it was nice 👌🏻, every thing was best and special my wife get happy and i happy to recommend this to all people
