Sustainable Luxury Meets Warm Hospitality

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

As someone with a deep appreciation for the little things, this hotel had me grinning from ear to ear. The handwritten welcome note, the perfectly fluffed pillows, the locally sFrom the moment we stepped into the lobby, we knew this place was special. The architecture seamlessly blends with the natural surroundings, and the staff operates like a family rather than employees. The attention to sustainability without compromising luxury was impressive. The spa treatments were divine, and the pool area felt like a private oasis. Every meal was a culinary journeourced toiletries - every detail sang of thoughtfulness. The staff remembered my name and my coffee preference from day one. It wasn't just a stay; it was a masterclass in the art of hospitality.

This is a stunning city property. Design, service and room are magnificent. Despite a hiccup on check in when are room was not ready I’d recommend this hotel over any other in Tokyo. The views, room size and service are what you hope for - but don’t always get - at an Aman property.

Corner suite is spacious with a super nice bathroom. Not many choices for breakfast but the food is excellent. Housekeeping is flawless. Do not miss the indoor pool and the spa, definitely worth it! I chose this hotel because there’s smoking room.

Sure, it's not super fancy, but it's clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. The staff were always happy to help, even when I asked for directions like a million times (I'm terrible with maps lol). The free breakfast was

Pure bliss

Truly an amazing experience - the architecture, rooms (the views from the rooms) and ambiance are just stunning. Also the pool area with its views of the Imperial Palace and the city are beyond comparison. We received extremely personal service and are already thinking of our next trip to this unique oasis in the middle of Tokyo.
