The location is perfect since I use Shibuya Station a lot. The view from my room was incredible even I could see both Mount Fuji and Tokyo Tower. Plus, the Chinese restaurant on the second floor was so delicious. This will definitely be my go-to hotel from now on.

We stayed in the hotel and it's located in very strategic location. Very close to shibuya station and close to very good restaurants and cafes. The staff are very helpful and will support you if you need any assistance. The room is nice and you have very good view of the city.

Such a majestic tower in the heart of Shibuya. Though, largely presented as a hotel for business travelers, this hotel is ideal for families. I traveled here with my family at the end of October, just in time for Halloween and Culture Day. Our 6-night stay was reminiscent of the 8-night stay my family had at the Ceruleans 5 years prior in 2019. The hotel was just as lovely pre-pandemic. Obviously, there were all new faces at reception, but all still represent the kindness and professionalism as we remembered. The lobby lounge is as relaxing as 5 years ago. The facility was still immaculate as ever. Check in was fast and efficient. Assistance with our luggage was friendly and immediate. We stayed in one of the Executive King rooms. The view of the city from our room was enchanting. We were able to see Tokyo Tower from our room. The water pressure in our shower was strong and therapeutic. The hotel is physically connected to a 7-11 store in the 2nd floor. This made it so convenient for midnight snacks and drinks. This is also the reason we decided ti stay at The Cerulean for our repeat visit. Everything is within walking distance of the hotel. Shibuya Crossing, Don Quijote, Bic Camera, everything is so close. This is ideal for kids who have low endurance to hang out all day. I was even able do my laundry at a nearby self service coin-operated laundry facility that was about an 8 minute walk away. It was open 24 hours and had a coin exchange machine. I highly recommend staying here and will do so again on my next trip back to Tokyo.

We were visiting our son who just started work in Tokyo. We chose this hotel because of proximity to his office in Shibuya, We stayed in the corner room with King bed and asked for an extra cot for triple occupancy. Even with the extra bed the space was good enough for 3 adults. Our room was pretty modern and bathroom was especially spacious. overall we were pleasantly surprised with how spacious the room was. We were lucky to see Mt Fuji at a distance from the bedroom window briefly when it was not cloudy. The hotel has a great exterior and is located superbly with all Shibuya attractions and station at door steps. Airport limousine from Narita and Haneda comes inside the hotel at the main entrance of the hotel. Excellent staff who are extremely polite and helpful and all staff at the reception and concierge speak fluent English. Breakfast has a wide spread of western dishes as well as Japanese. There is also the option to eat Japanese only breakfast in a different restaurant. Loved our stay so much that we booked the hotel again for the new year holidays that we are coming back to Tokyo for.
