Reviews for Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel
Great location, superb hotel.
We stayed at the Cerulean Tower Hotel during our citytrip to Tokyo in January 2025. Conveniently located near Shibuya Station (5min walk) and the Shibuya Bridge XXL you’re straight in the action when stepping outside. There are two breakfast options (one of which Japanese, which is a lovely experience) and plenty of restaurants in the building (which are good but please do venture outside!). The bar at the top has a magnificent view. Our room (1111) looked out onto the Shibuya Scramble Square crossing. The room was spacious, bed comfortable. Water and coffee were free and topped up daily. The staff in the hotel are magnificent. Very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Tokyo.

Nice hotel but little benefits to GHA member
Hotel location is good, not far from the shopping and action centre, and yet quiet enough. The decoration is dated, but clean and functional. I am a GHA Titanium member, but no benefits in this hotel unlike other GHA hotels. They provided welcome amenities but this is nothing exciting. In this trip, I stayed in Bellustar Hotel in Shinjuku few days later, I was automatically provided free breakfast and daily mini bar vouchers as GHA member. In conclusion, I would prefer to stay in Bellustar Hotel than Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel as a GHA member.

Heart of Shibuya - Spacious & Chic!
This hotel is perfect for those wanting to be in the middle of the action! * Location: Right in the heart of Shibuya - shops, restaurants, and nightlife at your doorstep. * Rooms: Huge and spotless with great facilities. * Staff: Super friendly and helpful. * Vibe: Modern, clean, and stylish. Highly recommend!

Great service great breakfast that has it all great view you can see MT Fuji from the lounge on 35 floor Bed need an upgrade that is all, location is great close to Shibuya 5 min walk to train station and also shibuya crossing and the famous dog also

5 star hotel
The location is perfect since I use Shibuya Station a lot. The view from my room was incredible even I could see both Mount Fuji and Tokyo Tower. Plus, the Chinese restaurant on the second floor was so delicious. This will definitely be my go-to hotel from now on.
