Great location with easy transport connections, although we mostly used taxis. The hotel is in an office building with the top floors (28 - 37) dedicated to the hotel, so not like a typical lobby. During our three nights there, we dined at all four restaurants with China Blue being our favorite. The service, view and food were all exceptional. They actually had three certified sommeliers on duty! The staff were all friendly, happy and ready to make you happy, especially the turndown service staff and the concierges. Our favorite was Fumis Murase, the Front Office Guest Relations Manager who went above and beyond to assist us. Now the frustrating part: we were supposed to get an upgrade "if available." There were plenty of rooms available BUT they only wanted to upgrade one level (bay view) which were all sold out. Why is it so hard to upgrade two levels, if it is available?! We had two rooms, so after some sweet talking and coaxing, we did get one corner king city view suite. It was much appreciated!

An extra special mention to Hiroyuki Mizutani who exceeded expectations in looking after us during our stay. Mr Mizutani helped us from the moment we arrived until our check-out. Including, how to efficiently use Tokyo's public transit.

We had a wonderful stay at Conrad Tokyo and were especially blown away by the incredible food and top-notch service. Every meal was a delight, with beautifully prepared dishes that impressed both the adults and our 5-year-old and 2-year-old! A special shoutout to Izumi, who made our experience truly unforgettable. She was so kind, warm, and attentive—our son still talks about how nice she was! It's rare to find service that makes such a lasting impression, especially on a child. We’re already looking forward to coming back during the first week of August. Thank you to the entire Conrad Tokyo team for making our stay so special. Can’t wait to see you all again soon!

Easily one of the nicest Hilton properties I've stayed at. The service was beyond 5 star, literally every single person there went out of their way to make our stay perfect, from front desk to the shop to the restaurants to bell desk. Cannot say enough about how they take service and kindness to the next level. Room had a beautiful view of the Hamarikyu Gardens. super comfy bed, awesome rainshower/soaking tub wet room. Location is perfect for a short walk to the Gardens (5 minutes) to Ginza (a little over 10 minutes). The only less than stellar part was the food was hit and miss. Noodle dishes were great, the rest was a bit mediocre, but you're in Tokyo, a food wonderland, so save eating at the hotel as a last resort.

I stayed here for 5 days during my trip to Tokyo. Having stayed here for 1 night last year I had my expectations on what to expect but let me tell you they far exceeded my expectations. It started with check in where Souta and Maho provided me an exceptional check in process where they did their best to offer me a complementary room upgrade which I ultimately got. I was upgraded to a king bay view suite. The room was every bit as comfortable and spacious as it was the last time I stayed here. The room had everything from a guest bathroom, to a heated bathroom floor, spacious closet, bedroom and living room which could be made separate room by opening hidden doors and an excellent selection of various toiletries. I enjoyed taking a salted water bath with the salts provided in the bathroom after a long day of walking and exploring Tokyo. The view from my room is the best view I have had in any hotel that I have stayed in Tokyo. I thought nothing could beat the view from Hilton Odaiba but the Conrad was better. The executive lounge was well stocked with drinks and the staff was extremely professional and always strived to provide the highest standard of service possible. My only comment is that I wish the lounge had a little more variety of dishes for their nightly presentation similar to the Hilton Shinjuku. The breakfast at the hotel each morning is a buffet style similar to most other hotels but the options on the menu at the table were very good and I always enjoyed starting my day with a latte. I will absolutely stay here again if I get the chance and I know my sister and brother in law who also stayed here with me on another reservation will as well. Excellent experience.
