Amazing
It is a beautiful hotel with a great view of the imperial palace and you can even see the guards training from the high up floors. I love the staff and the decorations like the cherry blossoms are beautiful. The pool is amazing and also has a great view and the food especially Japanese Breakfast, Buffet, and Italian Restaurant. I do think the Afternoon Tea could have better service as they were very slow. They do have a lot of options however for the food. Overall beautiful experience

Cocktails with a twist
We had fabulous cocktails, which were twists on the classics but definitely upped the game. We had a very informal and insightful hostess, Maria Francisa, who added a lot to our evening of drinks. The location, on the top of the Four Seasons, was beautifully laid out to match the fabulous cocktails. Next time we’ll plan for more time for food!

Fabulous hotel
What a hotel, amazing views, what a stunning view from our bed in the room. It was spotless, the most comfortable bed with gorgeous linen. Lovely little touches on turn down and loved the slippers. Breakfast was superb, staff were amazing loved every minute of this hotel it was a great way to start our amazing journey around Japan.

Extremely clean, modern and comfortable luxury!
Incredible food, including one of the most varying and lovely breakfast buffets. Spa facilities are flawless, but slightly limited. Rooms are impeccable. Kids loved the pool. It's one of the nicest indoor pools I've seen. Solid location - more of a business area, but easy to access train from hotel.

Sky High Views and Service
We really enjoyed our stay at FS Otemachi. The location is ideal. Hotel itself is lovely. Very comfortable rooms (brand new) and the views are outstanding (from all over the hotel). They have a really impressive Spa and health club ---highly recommend the massage and personal training services. Housekeeping was the best anywhere. Breakfast buffet provides a wide selection of both Asian and Western dishes. In the evening, the bar and restaurant (Est) both provide first class experiences. Dining at Est was a highlight of our trip (it has a well deserved Michelin Star). Many great hotel options in Tokyo, and this hotel stands at the top of the list. Special thank you to Alvin Tham, Hotel Manager. We were staying for my wife's birthday, and when he found out he went out of his way to make our stay special and memorable. The whole staff here is incredible. They really care about every guest and truly embody the spirt of Omotenashi. Book early because they are popular and tend to fill quickly (especially during holiday times).
