Thank you to all the staff that made our stay amazing
We arrived from a redeye flight from New York at 6am at the hotel, the staff already had the room ready for us with a crib and everything. At 6am!!! Omg. I actually booked two rooms, I cannot emphasize enough the staff’s effort and work in making our stat wonderful. From the food at the restaurants which were top notch, to the bell staff members assisting my dad recovering from an injury, front and lounge staff members always assisting us with everything. Our family thanks you with the bottom of our hearts. Our 3 nights were not enough and we will definitely plan to come back for a longer stay.

One of the best in Tokyo as a Globalist
This hotel is one of the best especially when it comes to Customer Service. Also very family friendly (Many other hotels in Tokyo that seem to discourage children by adding in fees). We arrived very early at the hotel and had been in touch with the hotel prior to the trip, they kept me posted along the way on when my room will be ready and went out of their way to take care of us when we arrived. Service was outstanding throughout the entire stay - from the restaurant to the Club Lounge (which is one of the very few that serve champagne during cocktail hours which make it extra nice). Thank you Grand Hyatt Tokyo for another great stay, this is our #1 go to hotel as a Hyatt Globalist.

Outstanding hotel with big rooms
Outstanding hotel in all aspects. Great service and wonderful and big rooms. Good for kids with babysitting services. Food was really good and the customer service is top notch. Also very convenient location and easy to walk around. Very safe and quiet.

Wonderful hotel with great staff and service. The rooms are spacious and great for families. Convenient location with highly rated restaurants and luxury shopping within walking distance. Also appreciated the pool and gym amenities. The onsen was OK.

Great stay
This hotel stay was the highlight of our trip to Japan. We bookended with 2 different stays as a family of 4 into a suite- both times we were very impressed the attention to detail and service. The club lounge was an excellent benefit if booking the suite as we could have breakfast /tea/cocktail hour there. Do not hesitate to book here with a family
