Awesome Hotel
This hotel was a nice surprise. Very well equipped with amazing amenities. Staff were incredible in their service and we always felt welcome and cared for. The room was so awesome. They provided us with a humidifier in the room for the use of our stay at no extra charge. Also provided were pjs, robe, slippers, toothbrush kit, and other bathroom stuff. Also water & soda were free with this room. We also received 1 bottle of sake for free too. Location was great. Easy walk to public transportation and if you're up for it you can walk to other parts of Tokyo too.

This hotel is truly amazing. The service is impeccable. The rooms are very nice with wonderful closet. Space and amazing bathrooms. The breakfast buffet is good and the restaurants at the hotel are excellent. I highly recommend to stay in this wonderful hotel. The Japanese garden should not be missed.

Another Great Stay
We have stayed at the New Otani Tokyo a half dozen times since 1992 and every stay has been wonderful. Comfortable spacious rooms in both the Garden Tower and The Main. Beautiful public areas. Breakfast in the Garden Café overlooking the Japanese Garden is serene. Staff is efficient, friendly and courteous. Location near Akasaka is excellent. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Tokyo.

The overall trip was very enjoyable with the hotel facilities that were so good. The staff were also so kind that I felt good.

Main Tower
We spent one week at the Main Tower and a second week at the Garden Tower. Overall, our experience was excellent, starting with check-in at the Main Tower, where Mr. Kurashima, the front desk manager, graciously escorted us to our room. Everything from the stunning room view and the well-maintained bathroom to the high-floor setting exceeded our expectations. However, our otherwise positive stay was marred by an unfortunate incident: my expensive navy blue Seven brand jeans (a premium U.S. brand) mysteriously went missing during our week at the Main Tower. Despite following up after checkout, the jeans were never located. I strongly urge the hotel to conduct a more thorough investigation with the housekeeping staff from that week. It’s highly unlikely that such an item could disappear without explanation, and addressing this issue would help maintain the trust and confidence of guests.
