Ritz is good but other options nearby are worth consideration for the same or less $$
nice hotel, great location, wonderful staff. Needs updating to the rooms but overall a great spot to be in Tokyo which is why I would put this at 4.5 and not 5 stars. I travel to tokyo a few times a year and have stayed in various parts of the city. I would recommend this location for a first time traveler to Tokyo given the proximity to sights, transit, and the overall service with the Ritz brand.

Absolutely brilliant Hotel with great customer service. The food in the restaurant was slightly disappointing as there were 30 of us for a meal. It was a bit too much à la carte for my liking. The room was incredible and the Hotel itself was brilliant Summary Room 10/10 Customer Service 9/10 Food 7/10 Overall Customer Satisfaction 9/10

The best option in Tokyo
Located in renovated fashion and commercial district, the RC was outstanding. I highly recommend upgrading to the Club level, located on the top floors with a magnificent view of the city. The service was beyond our expectations, especially at the Club. The food is a good mix between asian and western with plenty of options (I would love more sushi). The gym/spa was modern and big for an hotel. We will definitely return.

Use the Club Lounge and its services
The Club Lounge was a very good value when added to the cost of the room. Excellent service. Concierge was extremely helpful getting me fix my transit card issue. She called the Railway company to fix my problem. The lounge dining was run like a sit down restaurant with wait help, although if you wanted something, you could help yourself.
