Intercontinental The Strings Tokyo offers exceptional service, convenience, and stunning views!
I had an exceptional stay at the Intercontinental The Strings Tokyo! The manager, Akari, was truly amazing and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The entire team was incredibly polite and helpful, making my experience all the more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety and quality. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the location couldn't have been more convenient, especially for someone like me who relied on the Shinkansen trains frequently during my stay. The room size was fantastic for Tokyo standards—spacious and comfortable—and the premium room I stayed in offered what I believe was the best view. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo!

amazing place to stay
stayed recently for a solo trip and this was a five star experience through and through. great location near shinagawa station, spacious and comfortable room, and amazing staff. special mention to the housekeeping team for their professional, meticulous attention to detail!

Convenient and comfortable
Great hotel. Responsive, kind and authentic staff. Breakfast consists of a carefully curated selection that has something for everyone. Bathrooms are superbly functional and well-designed, as expected in Tokyo. Hotel is quiet and relaxed, yet situated in one of the most convenient spots in Tokyo. Enjoying our stay.

High price with missing basics like pillows,blankets and roll away bed
We had a really bad experience even though we are paying over $800 a night.The hotel ran out of pillows and comforters and roll away beds. I would expect a 5 star hotel arrange basics for their rooms esp when they know that this is the holiday season

Fantastic time
The friendly staffs made it even more enjoyable. In addition, the fantastic scenery made me very happy. And the experience that I had at the club lounge was really great. I plan to visit again without hesitation. Thank you again. Happy new year!
