Trump Turnberry

I recently went to the Christmas Sunday brunch at turnberry hotel. The waitress spilled milk over myself and my disabled father. Lack of help from staff or management. The disabled toilets where locked and no information was provided. Staff eventually told me I had to go to the other disabled facilities that was a fair walk away from the restaurant. Food was lacking this year, no selection for children. Greatly disappointed! Especially for the price. Would not return with my family.

Just outstanding world class hotel. We stayed over for the Christmas Ball event. The hotel is truly 5star and the team are amazing. Food excellent and great value for money all round. Best hotel in UK we have stayed in. We were given a free upgrade and you get a special price for accommodation if at the event.

We celebrated our 39th wedding anniversary on St Andrews Day. Arrived at Trump Turnberry golf clubhouse and had a lovely lunch where the staff were very attentive. The golf pro Paddy was very helpful with their sale items We were met by Mias, the duty manager at reception. He was fully aware of our anniversary and was very professional and exceptionally attired. He had a brilliant personality and was so engaging. His attention to detail was very impressive and he organised his staff to have our luggage delivered to a Turnberry House room along with an ice bucket. At evening meal we were served by Mo who was very courteous and friendly and couldn't do enough to make our evening a special occasion including an anniversary dessert treat. Our food was tremendous and in the morning our breakfast was 6 stars. Even better was the window table views out across to the sun lit golf courses and the Lighthouse. The room above the Spa is incredible with full height window views across to Ailsa Craig and golf course. It is gorgeously appointed with a giant bath and a separate large walk in shower and a super king bed. We have been in these rooms before and they are very special even tho they are not in the main hotel. We can't thank the staff enough for our stay here and shall return again as soon as possible and definitely for our Ruby celebration.

This hotel is in a stunning location with great sea views. The hotel is very clean and sophisticated. The staff are very attentive and always available to help. It quite an expensive hotel for everything but you should expect that from a hotel of its standings.

This is our 4th visit to Turnberry over the years.It is always a real treat to stay there. The rooms are beautiful with stunning bathrooms. We were lucky this time to get a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite as the hotel was quiet. Ate in Duel in the Sun on the first night and in the 1906 on the second night both meals were lovely and service was good .Breakfasts were spot on although we personally preferred when the hot buffet was an option rather than ordering from a menu.The Grand Tea Bar is a lovely spot to relax and enjoy a drink .The Spa is also worth a visit. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.The atmosphere is"posh"but not stuffy. We aren't golfers but it must be an amazing place to be if you are a keen golfer. Worth a walk out to the lighthouse too although closed in the winter.Can't wait for our next visit !
