We stayed here as part of a trip to Europe for a special anniversary. We intentionally booked this location as if was in the heart of Venice. The asked in advance about special requests and then made sure to fulfill the same. The room had wine upon arrival. The room itself was luxurious and quiet. But all of the staff were exceptionally professional, polite and helpful, and even humorous when that was welcomed and needed. Admittedly expensive but well worth the money for the experience.

We stayed just one night at Hotel Luna recently. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds. We received upgrades to canal view rooms which was a nice surprise. The view was charming and the location was great for walking around Venice. The concierge staff was very helpful as well. They arranged a tour of a Murano glass factory for us and we loved that the water taxi picked us up right at the door. Concierge was also very accessible by what’s app to help throughout the day, calling us a return water taxi from Burano Island and helping with restaurants. The breakfast was good and offered some gluten free items. Would love to come again!

My mum and I had a wonderful 3 nights at Baglioni Luna. Arriving at the door of the hotel by water taxi was very special. They upgraded our rooms, which were lovely and spacious, though sadly no view. The decor of the rooms was slightly dated but my mum was enchanted by it and felt it was very Venetian. The location of the hotel, right next to St Marks Square, is fantastic. They gave us a free water taxi to Murano and on to Burano, which was fabulous. Breakfast was sumptuous and we were spoilt for choice. Best of all, the staff were without exception smiling, helpful and immaculately turned out. Highly recommended !

The Luna Baglioni hotel in Venice offers a luxurious stay in a prime location, just steps away from St. Mark’s Square. The hotel boasts elegant rooms with antique furniture, Murano glass chandeliers, and marble bathrooms. While the overall experience was good, there were a few areas that fell short of expectations. The rooms, though spacious and well-appointed, lacked sufficient power outlets, which can be inconvenient for modern travelers with multiple devices. Additionally, the TV system proved to be frustratingly difficult to connect to and use. Breakfast, served in the stunning Marco Polo Ballroom with its 18th-century frescoes and crystal chandeliers, was somewhat disappointing. The food quality didn’t quite match the grandeur of the setting, with poached eggs tasting particularly unappetizing. On the positive side, the hotel’s location is unbeatable, offering easy access to Venice’s main attractions. The staff was generally helpful, assisting with airport transfers and restaurant reservations. Despite these drawbacks, the Luna Baglioni still provides a comfortable base for exploring Venice’s rich culture and history. While it may not have been the highlight of the trip, the hotel’s classic Venetian ambiance and proximity to key sites make it a solid 4-star choice for travelers seeking a taste of luxury in the heart of Venice.

We loved the hotel. We were upgraded on arrival to a mini suite. However we missed out on a bath tub !!. The internet was poor which was disappointing. However the staff made up for all of this, especially the Concierge. Breakfast was excellent. Loved the cocktail bar ! This is the second time we have stayed at the Baglioni and we would stay again. See you sometime soon.

At Luna Hotel Baglioni, we received the absolute best service and the most beautiful room! The gourmet meal included in the package was superb! I would highly recommend this property. It was centrally located near San Marco square also. The time went by too quickly...very romantic also. We hope to go back very soon.
