Hilton Molino Stucky Venice

Visited the hotel for four nights for our 20th wedding anniversary. The setting and the hotel itself are amazing. We booked the private Transfer through the hotel and it was the most luxurious arrival - first by Mercedes and then transferred on to a beautiful boat. The rooftop bar and pool were an absolute blessing in the August heat & we used the pool daily. It was fairly busy in central Venice and so hot. It was wonderful to take the hotel boat back from Venice and enjoy the peace and quiet and the swimming pool! Food and drink at the hotel is understandably expensive. We had 2 evening meals at the hotel which were exceptional and one lunch. The breakfast was included and was very good.

Stayed for a birthday and were served with fruits in the room. Lovely hotel. Clean and classy and had boat to mainland many times throughout the day. We also enjoyed the speed boat taxi to the island. Food was very tasty and the staff in the restaurant were very polite. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful beautiful Hotel. Great amazing buffet breakfast. Helpful staff and the room was gorgeous. The bed was comfortable. We only spent two nights there, but I wish it could've been a week. Can't wait to return, exemplary and excellence on a scale I have not seen in a hotel in many years.

I’m not even sure where to begin, I am still pinching myself after such a wonderful visit! On arrival, very friendly and security conscious, staff were professional and discreet. The room, well it was fantastic, very spacious and everything you needed for a stay. Great toiletries, iron iron-board and hairdryer. Really good mirror in bathroom. Shower worked well too. The styling is really sympathetic to the original building, I feel it has been restored beautifully. Breakfast… amazing! Even a little kids area filled with lots of treats. There was one particular member of staff, a gentleman, and I truly wish I could remember his name to give him proper thanks for his exceptional customer service at breakfast. Food was delicious and plenty of variety. Pool was breathtaking! (You have to book each morning for this, best to head downstairs early to do so). Transport to Venice : There’s regular shuttle boats from and to Hotel from St Marks square there’s a sign on the right pier that directs you. I can’t wait to return, thank you to everyone at the Hilton Venice for your kindness and dedication to your role.

The head of the luggage was very rude and lies through his teeth. They lost our luggage as well as another couple we were traveling with. He kept telling us go up to the room its there. Went up three or four times and no luggage. We complained and instead of finding our luggage offered us a free drink. When we departed the hotel to our ship my wife forgot a pair of expensive pants on the bed. Her fault, yes. But we figured no problem the housekeeping staff will turn them into the lost and found. Never showed up. We've had contact with them since and they tell us they can't find them. Sure because the housekeeper kept them and he or she's not going to confess taking them because that would admit they were stolen and they could be terminated. Instead the hotel management is telling us of the integrity of the hotel and that his staff wouldn't lie. All we can say is I'm sure some may have had a good experience but I can assure you we did not! If we return to Venice we will never stay there again.
