Great stay
Fabulous stay at this hotel, ideally located from the boat transfer (just a short walk). Staff were really friendly, breakfast was good and they also put on some daily snacks. On the last day of the stay the river over flowed a little but the staff again were helpful and carries across our suitcases. Our room was a lovely suite which had ample room for a family. The hotel also supplied a crib. Will be back again

Old Charm Modern Comfort
Great location in a quiet residential neighborhood, a short walk to shoppes/restaurants. The hotel is clean, staff were friendly, rooms comfortable. Easily accessible via water taxi from airport with dock steps away from the front door.

Not worth it
Overall, very disappointed. I booked two junior suites and they are meh. The wifi is terrible (I’m sitting on the balcony using my own data to write this), the place is vaguely unkept and in need of an upgrade. The only good part was the man who checked us into the front desk that was nice. I wouldn’t recommend, you could get better at the same price point

True Old World Charm
We felt as if we walked back in historical time but with a modern twist! Our room was impeccably clean and comfortable with quality bathroom amenities. We loved that this hideaway was away from the high tourist traffic areas and felt like we were part of the community. It was easy walking to the areas of interest and less than 15 to 20 minutes away. The hotel staff is very professional and attentive especially the front desk while also ensuring that your stay is beyond satisfactory. Their breakfast is nicely appointed and appetizing. On our last day we checked out earlier than their breakfast operating hours, yet the staff made sure we had breakfast bags to go loaded with items without us requesting this. We had a long morning of travel ahead of us so this was truly appreciated. Thank you Maison Venezia for making our visit to Venice a truly unique experience.

Maison Venezia UNA Esperienze
The staff at this hotel was very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were nice and the breakfast was great. They also had an afternoon tea from 3 to 5 pm that was really appreciated after touring. Their handicapped facilities were excellent and built into the room. Especially the walkin shower with a built-in bench that was easy to use and well placed. The bed was very comfortable and their was no outside noise.
