The St. Regis Venice

One of the best hotels.The ambient as well as the service are exceptional.A big thank you to the whole team both reception and conciege, they were professional and very kind.The location is by far the best in whole Venice.Looking forward to coming to visit them soon, as a proud Marriott Bonvoy member Also, it's a must to sit at the terrace.

Horrible experience. Checked in after flight from JFK. Room not ready, not unusual. But offered no place to change, spa not opened. Waited until 4p to get room and only after going to front desk. They Never checked on room…. No call to us….polite indifference. At 3p, their quoted time, I checked with the front desk and they attempted to reach housekeeping, But no one answered. The response to me was sorry sir, I’m not sure what’s holding up your room. My Rome based agent called to complain and was put on hold and never answered. No visit by general manager, no apology no explanation. Stay away. Incompetently expensive.

Stayed for 4 days on a pre business trip to Milan. From the very start, every interaction with the staff was top notch. The bar staff at the arts bar. Alessandro & co were just the best. The drinks were fantastic. The stories about the hotel art, as well as advising us to go on a tour of Moreno glass were excellent. Went in every night for post dinner cocktails and could not have had a better time. Dinner. Elyse the sommelier and our waiter were just wonderful. 2 nights of spectacular food, wine and views. Both so friendly and accommodating. Could not have had a better dinner experience Main bar staff was excellent as everyone. Drinks were great and the chips. Amazing. Concierge staff did a fantastic job arranging a tour of the hotels glass works. This could have been one of the top days of the year. Such a great tour, the glass factory staff was above and beyond amazing. From when we were dropped at the dock, til when they put us on the boat back they were fantastic. Highly recommend everyone to take the tour over. The room was absolutely incredible, and the cleaning staff were wonderful as well. St Regis Venice was truly a memorable stay, as much for the wonderful staff as city and location.

My friend had already come here the year before me and couldn’t recommend the place enough to have a drink here. So we did the same you can have verve clique champagne by the glass so as we had come to Venice for my birthday I did just that & felt like the rich & famous for the afternoon. The service was exceptional. We got so comfortable just watching the gondola’s and boats go by and were lucky enough to have incredible weather that we stayed for another drink and ended up having food too. We both had the burger, I had requested no cheese on mine but it did come with it on (I know please don’t hate me, I wish I liked it haha). The staff were really apologetic and sorted it out straight away. The food was nice but nothing extra special, but it is a hotel so we didn’t expect anything other than what we got. It’s a very pricey establishment but yolo and we had the best time and will treasure the memories.
