A must stay in Vienna
Absolutely amazing! The service, staff, hotel, and food/beverage was one of the best experiences we’ve had while in Vienna. We would highly recommend staying here again and can’t wait! 10/10 would recommend. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, the food was impeccable, and the service! The service was top tier.

Excellent service and very nice hotel!
The service and staff at the Grand Hotel was excellent. Special mention for Walid Marouf, the chief concierge. His service was outstanding!! From shopping and restaurant reservations to Opera tickets for sold out shows, nothing was too much trouble for Walid. He made us feel very welcome.

Wonderful Hotel
All staff were very friendly and courteous The hotel is in a perfect location to explore Vienna. The rooms are so lovely and well furnished. Look forward to visiting the hotel again soon. Dimitar Kochoski and Thomas Koppitsch made the checkin and checkout process very easy. Thank You

Great place!
Cracking visit! Loved the hotel (was highly recommended) Close to opera House. Brilliant people who strive to deliver 5* experience for guests and get it so right! Rooms spacious and restaurant superb! Couldn’t fault anything. First time in Vienna but won’t be last. This hotel is (according to friend) perfectly located for all things ‘cultural’ didn’t go to nearby State Opera House but may give it a try next time. If you like history, then this place is for you. The city is filled with all things Mozart etc. Hotel great, well run, and nice vibe for all ages etc. Will definitely stay again- well earned 5*

Excellent classic
The faculty of the congress stayed over here, and that's always great. Excellent breakfast, nice rooms, good sleeping quality, bath, ... Okay, some components are classic/a bit old, but they are of good quality and well-maintained. The gym was suboptimal, as to warm and humid and no clue how to put on the airco.
