We stayed at the Park Hyatt Vienna from April 8–11 with our 5-month-old daughter and had an absolutely incredible experience. The hotel itself is stunning, but it was the staff that truly made our visit unforgettable. Two individuals in particular stood out: Bastian and Bassam. Bastian went above and beyond in offering thoughtful and detailed recommendations for the opera and surrounding area. He even followed up with us the next morning at breakfast to hear about our experience and spent time chatting with us about stops for our drive to Salzburg and ideas for our time in Munich. His warmth, knowledge, and hospitality were outstanding — he’s a true professional, and it was a pleasure speaking with him. Bassam served us at breakfast on two mornings and his service was exceptional — quick, proactive, and genuinely kind. He made each morning feel special with his attention and care, and it really set a positive tone for the day. Thanks to the whole team at Park Hyatt Vienna for making our family feel so welcome. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Our stay at the Park Hyatt Vienna was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was impeccable, every staff member we encounter was professional, warm and genuine helpful. The hotel itself is stunning with a perfect blend of historic charm and modern luxury. The room was spacious, beautifully appointed and immaculately clean. Every detail was thoughtfully designed for both comfort and elegance. The concierge team went above and beyond to assist us with recommendations and reservations, always making us feel like valued guests. Special mention goes to the bar staff, service was truly amazing. This is luxury hospitality at its finest. The Park Hyatt Vienna is the kind of place you look forward to returning to, and we can’t wait to go back _

Just finished our annual March residence at Park Hyatt Vienna. We stayed 15 nights in one of their elegant Park Suites. It’s still our favorite PH property with exceptional Globalist care. The staff is second to none! We were greeted by the GM, and presented with two cakes and numerous small gifts to celebrate our birthdays along the way. Guest services even treated us to afternoon tea. The property is very convenient for walking to concert halls, opera, and major museums. Plus, we used the spa every day. This was our third visit and we are already planning our 2026 return!

Most hotels in Vienna are along the ring road; this one is inside the ring very well located to center city sites within walking distance. I didn't see the new Rosewood a few minutes walk from here but I was very impressed with this property which offers an indoor pool (which I don't think the Rosewood offers). The pool and spa areas are open till 9. The gym is very good and has just about everything. The locker room has a bathing suit dryer. I think this Park Hyatt compares well to the one in Zurich which for some reason is rated higher. We had a one bedroom suite with a connecting room. The rooms were decorated beautifully. The floors are almost all wood and I could have used a bit more carpet. The showers and AC worked well. The suite only had one bathroom. The view was of a sidewalk and some stores but I don't think this hotel has any rooms with any particularly fascinating views. The suite had a large bathroom and tons of closet space (only one bathroom). Breakfast buffet was excellent and we liked the room they use which is also a restaurant at night. It was once a bank. We weren't thrilled with the restaurant's menu but the chef made us whatever we asked for. If you want more value for money, consider the Hilton at the Stadtpark which is right near the airport express train. You can take a metro to the city center from there. Staff were friendly; prior to arrival they put up balloons in our suite and had treats there to celebrate her birthday. I liked the facilities here and the grandeur of the place inside the ring close to the center of town where you could walk around pedestrian-only areas. The location is easy to reach by car and there is a large taxi stand just outside. If you order an Uber, you are often likely to find a taxi go outside the line and come right to you.

I've stayed at the Park Hyatt New York, Paris, Seoul, Tokyo, Kyoto, Bangkok, Zurich, Jakarta, Vienna. The Park Hyatt Vienna has the most beautiful room. This hotel may have the most beautiful suite of any hotel I've ever stayed in. The level of details, materials and workmanship is second to none. The hotel facade, beautiful. The breakfast restaurant, magnificent and the food delicious. The spa and pool is inside a bank vault. If I have to nit pick, I'd say the hallways and the check in area are a bit underwhelming. The staffs are absolutely top notch. From the bell person, the front desk person (thank you Laura for your help with our Budapest and Vienna postcard) the hardworking room cleaners and the breakfast staffs. Location is perfect. Btw this was our first time in Vienna, I have to say the people here are some of the warmest and friendliest I've met anywhere. We'll definitely miss Wein Österreich
