Beautiful hotel with a great water view. Great food and service. Good place for a wedding or special occasion. Rooms are comfortable but there were safety issues like slippery floors in the bathroom. Tub with high sides was difficult to get into for short people. After struggling to get into the tub to shower, I requested a change in my room with a walk in shower. I was given a room just down the hall from the one I was in. This room was more spacious and more comfortable. Safes need replacement. Mine did not open twice and had to be fixed by a locksmith. Others in my group had a similar experience.

We had the best New Years experience ever at this hotel with incredible views, delicious food (hard to pull off for such a large party) and a super well organized party! The property closes after summer season and unfortunately did not pay attention to details in reopening for end of year festivities. We chose to upgrade our room in order to have a bath tub and spa access. The bathtub did not work properly, and after having staff in the room several times to fix, we gave up. We were then blamed for not having it fixed during our stay. A “five star” hotel should in fact check these things when opening, especially in their most important and most expensive suites. Who wants to pay over 1000 euro for a special weekend, only to have a maintenance crew coming and going from the room. Easy fix if the staff had done due diligence prior to opening. The spa was also 1/2 closed due to the same negligence. The steam room and showers were closed and we were told that these things could not be fixed during the holidays. Common sense! They could have been scheduled to be fixed prior to opening for the holidays. It is unfortunate that a property with such potential based on location and history would choose to open with the bare minimum necessary to charge exorbitant prices and live on the five stars posted outside the property. This is a place we would love to return for holidays and live to refer friends; however when the manager tries to blame you for his oversight and negligence and the goal is to intimidate rather then listen to customers, it’s a sad loss. We’re were told that we would receive a follow up call from management, and this never happened. The town is charming and the food is good. Enjoy the views, but expect a worn out room, a three star experience and don’t waste money on the spa until you check to see what is working.

Visited with tour group. While views were great mostly from upper hotel deck, accommodations NOT even close to 5 stars. Outdated rooms and housekeeping did not adhere to guest requests. Some staff very rude and very poor communication and no cohesion in communication amongst most staff. A few exceptions of course exist. Love Amalfi Coast!

Don’t stay here unless you want a view of a brick wall. This was supposed to be a 5 star hotel but it does not live up to the accommodations of any 5 star I’ve ever stayed at. I would give it a 2 or generous 3. They weren’t helpful when we discussed the situation with them.

Amazing B&B!!! Daniela, was welcoming and accomodating! The room was excellent! We booked for 1 night but then came back for a second night! Location was spot on, at the end of the Amalfi Coast. We continued our drive on towards Sicily. Perfect halfway point...

Brand new and immaculate, the buffet breakfast was excellent, with plenty to chose from and it was very convenient to get to downtown Vietri.

My husband and I just returned home last week from Hotel Raito on the Amalfi Coast. We had a wonderful time with our friends at that amazing property! The people at the hotel could not be more hospitable. They voluntarily upgraded us, even though I am sure that their regular rooms would have been fabulous, too. We will highly recommend to everyone we know what a great experience we had. Thanks again for making our trip so memorable.
