Beautiful hotel. Very professional staff. Rooms very spacious. Quiet location next to the water. Buffet breakfast with very good selections. Hotel has been renovated. Excellent job. A vey upscale hotel. I would recommend it for both business and pleasure, either with or without children. A great experience.

One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was for its spa facilities, but when I arrived, I was shocked to learn that I'd have to pay an extra €60 per entry to access it. This should have been clearly stated on the website. The gym facilities are good, but given that it's a membership club, I didn’t expect anything less. While the hotel is well-kept and clean, it falls short of the 5-star standard I was expecting, especially when compared to hotels in Asia. It lacks the sleek design and energy that makes a luxury experience stand out. The direct beach access is a positive, but the overall vibe is subdued, likely due to being in the low season.

Everything was spectacular. The spa is a must try. I highly recommend it. Room was always clean and the shower was awesome. A bidet would have been nice. The restaurant was top notch. Everything was delicious. Especially the baklava. Thank you

We stayed in this hotel for an event and have mixed reviews. While the food and general space is great, there were a lot of inconsistencies in service that make it hard to consider this a luxury/5 star hotel. We found broken glass under the bed at check in and had our 2 young daughters with us, which was concerning. The fitness center had unusual hours and they were unwilling to adjust the schedule to meet the needs of our group, including a 10am open time on the weekends. Any general request included a fee or upcharge. We would not rebook this same hotel in future travel to the area.

Hotel is very clean and nice , excellent breakfast clean rooms , good Spa but you have to pay 60 euros to enter the SPA When you check in they charge your credit cards 250 Euro for additional expenses you may use . When you check out and you did not use additional expenses, the refuse to gave you the money cash and they promise you to send back the money to your cards , you will wait long to get it back with my case it is now 3 weeks and still waiting , send many e-Mail and calls which is not normal action for 5 stars hotel
