Excellent customer service
Excellent stay, and the customer service was a million stars! shout out to Mr.DC and DeLisha for making our stay memorable! Super clean rooms, quiet, and right in the heart of the city. You won’t regret staying here. A bit pricey but I think worth it!

Wonderful hotel
Hands down, one of the best hotels in DC. Great location, beautiful decor, delicious food. My original room didn’t have a view, and I appreciated help from Front desk staff for giving me options to upgrade. Valet and bell staff very very courteous and friendly. Big thanks to Mohamed, Diego and Isis, you made our stay extra special!

It has a few issues but it is overall a fine place to stay.
We did not have hot water in our first room, but they put us in a higher room and a bit larger room. As an apology they sent us a bottle of champagne, which was very much appreciated. Having said that, the walls of the rooms are very thin and you can hear the people next door very clearly. We were switched to the 10th floor where the party room was directly above us. We could party right along with the wedding party as it was that loud in our room. So try to stay in a lower floor. Great location, very easy walk to museums, metro, dining, shopping,etc. Very expensive.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff
The Riggs Washington DC is a lovely hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and kind. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a fantastic shower. The service was always top notch. The whole team works together to provide an incredible experience for all guests.

Lovely hotel in a great location
Really elegant hotel that I learned was formerly a bank (great art deco decor). Welcomed upon arrival with champagne, which was a nice touch. Location across from Metro is perfect. The staff were also very friendly and I really enjoyed my stay!
