Pleased
I just completed a six night stay and really enjoyed it. The services were excellent and I would stay again if given the opportunity. My colleague also stayed here with his family and they commented how impressive their stay was as well. The area is a very nice part of town although requires taxi for getting to many of the tourist areas if I'm not mistaken.

Great Ritz in the DC
We stayed at the Ritz for a staycation as we were watching a Caps game that night. Prior to checking in, I was able to use my suite night award and we stayed in the 1 bedroom king suite. At 950 sq ft, this room was pretty big for DC standards. Finishes in the room were very nice and high end. The service level was great and everyone who works there (from valet, front desk, bellman, housekeeping, etc) were very kind. Our kids enjoying doing the little scavenger hunt and they get a nice little treat at the end! Overall this was a perfect stay and would recommend this hotel!

Fantastic stay at the Ritz, have been here before, this time with a toddler. Staff was extremely accommodating, allowing us an early check in. Zelekesh was fantastic with our little girl, she gifted her a teddy bear and a ritz lion!! Our little girl was over the moon to say the least. Sennait, Wo and Matt Deudne ensured our stay was 5 star experience, and some. If you’re looking for a conveniently located, upscale hotel, this is the place for you. 100% will stay here again.

A great choice for business or leisure in DC.
This is a very nice hotel, obviously it’s a Ritz, but it has more going for it than just the pizazz. The location is excellent. It’s right on the mall, so you have access to shops and quick eats, but additionally other excellent restaurants are walking distance. Additionally there is a drug store in very short walking distance across the street, so you have easy access to replace or purchase anything from toiletries to drinks and snacks. The metro station is just across the street as well. Easy access to the monuments and the rest of downtown DC is possible from there. A great choice for business or leisure.

Love! Love! Love the Ritz Carlton
We love this hotel. Awesome service and amazing experience. We always stay here when in town. Close to everything. Room Service is prompt and friendly. Housekeeping kept our room exquisitely prepared daily. We enjoyed the chocolates and daily surprises.
