I had no idea it is so close to walk to the Georgetown waterfront, and the restaurant had wonderful food also.

Wonderful stay with an attentive team!
We had a great stay. Room was very clean and staff was very helpful and attentive. Pool was big hit with the kiddos in the morning. Husband and I enjoyed wine on balcony post bedtime. Lovely - would definitely stay again!

Great service with infrastructure challenges
Loved the attentive staff and notably upscale service, but there are clearly infrastructure challenges with an aging building. I cannot remember the last time I was treated so well at a hotel. Everyone was delightful and genuinely helpful. Quality details like turn down service were a welcome treat. The restaurant and whiskey bar were both lovely. Unfortunately, several in our party struggled to get hot water and cold a/c in their rooms. Not sure if this was an anomaly or something more regular, but it definitely impacted my overall score.

Very Accommodating Staff
Due to a last minute flight change we ended up early at the Watergate. We needed a place to leave our luggage so we went to the Watergate and ask to leave our luggage with the concierge. He suggested we check with he front desk. They managed to find a ready room so we could check in early! what a nice touch to be able to drop our luggage, freshen up and start our visit to DC!
