Wonderful Willard Stay
The Willard is a magical hotel, especially so at the holidays. We stayed in the amazing Teddy Roosevelt Suite and are still wow’d by its splendor! The views of downtown DC are expansive and impressive. The suite boasts 1.5 bathrooms, a kitchenette, dining room, rotunda living room, and lovey primary suite! The decor is inviting and modern with some old world touches that make the time we spent there feel luxurious! We slept so well in the large comfortable bed and heard almost no noise despite the hotel being extremely busy and the suite located near the elevators. Gotta appreciate a bidet toilet that was a thoughtful modern appointment in the high-end primary bathroom. We enjoyed delicious cocktails and appetizers at the Round Robin bar and ordered-in breakfast to make our stay last a little bit longer. Shoutout to Vanessa who checked us in with a warm welcome and Natasha who checked us out inviting us to return soon. From the valet to bar and room service, we felt valued and well cared for! The hotel was packed and busy but we never felt rushed and all the amenities were tidy and clean. We highly recommend the Willard and thank them for making our stay so special!

Elegance plus!
This is my favorite hotel ever. It’s so elegant without being stuffy. The staff is helpful, the rooms are perfect. Large size, super clean and tidy. Everything is perfect here. They just make you feel ‘special.’ Plus, the Christmas vibes are on overload here. So great!

Beautiful hotel, impeccably clean and great customer service!
I was hesitant about booking a stay at such an iconic hotel, as past experiences elsewhere have been underwhelming. However, the Willard exceeded all expectations and truly lives up to its reputation. Every detail was perfect—from the beautifully decorated lobby to the impeccably clean room. The services and amenities were exceptional, and the customer service was simply outstanding. The staff were warm, personable, and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location, just steps from the White House, is unbeatable, and the room service was a pleasant surprise—fantastic food that arrived quickly and was reasonably priced. The beds were incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on clouds, and the walls provided excellent soundproofing. Despite my sister and niece staying in the adjoining room (and my niece being a bit loud at times), I didn’t hear a thing! We stayed in a premium room with a gorgeous view, and I can confidently say I’ll be returning to the Willard. It’s a gem in every sense!

An elegant hotel with fantastic staff and service to match the ambience.
A wonderful place to stay especially in the run in to Christmas. The historic Willard Hotel is famed for its Christmas tree and decorations. The rooms are very comfortable as one might expect but, as always, the sign of a great hotel is the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. Everyone from the Concierge and Front Desk to the restaurant staff were exceptionally well drilled and willing to assist. I’d like to call out Juan Pablo in the restaurant for being especially attentive and engaging. Clearly someone who takes great pride in the quality of the service he provides. A nice guy and it showed. It was hugely appreciated.

Always Great!
Third stay here and once again everything was fantastic. I received an upgrade due to my Ambassador status and the Jr. Suite was exactly what my family needed. Every person I came in contact with was personable and helpful. The hotel is verye clean and the food choices at Cafe Du Parc are excellent. The Christmas decor was also very very nice. I look forward to another stay in the future.
