Stylish Boutique Hotel... terrible flooring
This boutique hotel experience brimming with a contemporary style music and energy is always my go to because it's close to GWU where my daughter attends school and it's comfortable. However as small as it seems the old ragedy rug and concrete floors that have spots that appear to look like old gum or pigeon poop is the only thing stopping me from recommending to my friends. Please upgrade the floors. Otherwise it's an amazing place. You will love it as long as you don't look down.

Good hotel but music from lobby is an issue for lower floors
Hotel's quality is good. Good location as well. However, if you are on the lower floors you hear a lot of music played from the lobby area. It starts quite early and it is very loud in the evening when the bar is open. It stops at 11pm. This means you won't get a quite time in your room before that time pretty much all day.

Vibes, immaculate. ✨ My husband and I celebrated our anniversary in the perfectly crafted place. Beautiful property, kindest staff, and the sparkling water… Crisp. Loved it!! 🤎✨ Favorite part during our stay was dining at the on site restaurant, Mercy Me. Before enjoying dinner we had the best time looking through vinyls while a live vinyl da created the perfect atmosphere. We will absolutely be back. ✨

Wish my stay was longer!
I was in town for a conference and switched here for a one-night stay. It was a nicely designed room. Comfy bed. It was great getting an upgrade and having a later checkout time, and also super nice to be offered a bottle of cold water on a warm day! Will return.

Front desk staff deserve an Oscar and an all paid vacation
Key and Jessi and everyone who works up front checking people in need to be paid triple whatever they are paid. Customers were so rude to them and they were 100% professional the whole time and super friendly. I hope the hotel appreciates them.
