Prepare to be amazed!
A smaller hotel with an outstanding level of service. We had a room on the second floor with a view of the lake. We were given a fantastic gift of a chocolate elephant and some oranges. Every morning we looked forward to breakfast which included a cappuccino with an elephant design in the froth. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel!

From the moment we arrived at La Réserve Eden au Lac, we knew we were in for a special experience. The warm welcome at check-in set the tone for a stay defined by impeccable hospitality and attention to detail. Our room was nothing short of breathtaking, with stunning views over Lake Zurich. The interior design was elegant and modern, blending sophistication with comfort so seamlessly that we never wanted to leave. The bed was incredibly plush, like sleeping on a cloud, and the high-quality bed linen felt luxurious against the skin—a true testament to the hotel’s commitment to excellence. Housekeeping maintained the room to absolute perfection, ensuring everything was spotless and inviting. Dining at the hotel was a world-class experience. The hotel’s design and atmosphere feel contemporary yet timeless, appealing to discerning travelers. One of the absolute highlights was the rooftop bar, easily the best in Zurich. The panoramic views were simply breathtaking—overlooking the lake, the city, and even the distant Alps on a clear day. A perfect spot to unwind and soak in the beauty of Zurich. Beyond the hotel, the location is unbeatable. Situated right on the lake, we found it easy to walk everywhere, exploring the city’s main attractions effortlessly. We can’t wait to return!

Extremely expensive for the service and quality
Extremely expensive for the services and quality. He booked 2 rooms for a tariff of 800 euros per night, the room was very small with terrible views. The hotel not have spa or relaxing area and doesn’t offer any common area apart for a small cafe.
