Elegance in Zurich
The hotel was truly amazing. So elegant and spacious. The bathroom was a wonderful experience with an extra large bathtub that I could not even reach my toes to the other end. I love when a hotel room provides a Nespresso machine and a teapot too. The staff walked us to our room upon check-in and showed us all the amenities. The location is perfect for shopping, dining, walking along the water, etc. I highly recommend this hotel and will be adding this to my favorites.

Short Zurich Break
Fantastic hotel! Room was ready on arrival at 11am - Very clean and spacious - Staff all very helpful and friendly - Only suggestion is that the bar only opening @ 5pm meant the lounge was often very busy with some people being told they couldn't get a drink as they were full - Parkhuus Food was superb!

Wonderful Stay!
Wonderful Stay At A Wonderful Hotel. Staff was amazing. A 10-minute walk to shopping/restaurants and 20-minutes walk to train station may be an issue for some. If so there are beautiful hotels more centrally located to shopping and train station. We loved our stay at Park Hyatt. Great base for exploring surrounding areas.

An exceptional hotel and an exceptional conscierge
I can only be ecstatic about this hotel. I had a director stuck at the airport and found a reservation at the Park Hyatt Zurich - at reception they were very helpful and the conscierge, Jans, is an absolute gem! He helped me find a limousine to fetch my boss at the airport despite terrible weather conditions and recommended an early taxi the next morning to take him back to the airport. This guy is very professional, very helpful and very kind. I can really recommend this hotel and Jans ! Elmarie Romeo Paris

Excellent Customer Service!! Highly Recommended!
Guest of Honor award was recognized really well at this hotel! They upgraded my family to a 2 bed-room Park Suite which was beautilful and very spacious. We celebrated my mom's birthday there so they prepared balloons, cake, fruit, chocolate, champagne in the rooms for us. The cake was soooo good, very moist and not too sweet. Since I had a baby with me, they made sure that baby amenities were in the room. They put a crib and a high chair in a room. They also had baby body wash/shampoo/lotion and diapers ready for her in the room. They were very thoughtful and my family was very impressed with their customer service. Nikado and Cristiana (I'm sorry if I spell their names wrong!) were very very helpful and friendly! They went above and beyond to help us and always smiled. The location is nice too, very close to a tram station. Overall I highly recommend to stay here if you're in Zurich.
