A Must Stay
Wow! This Hyatt exceeded my expectations. The level of service is on par with the Ritz or Four Seasons. As a business owner, I can tell when there is a training program in place that puts the client/guest needs above all else. At breakfast, we weren't assigned a waiter/waitress. Instead, the entire staff made sure we were taken care of. One afternoon I had a couple of questions so I waited in line at the front desk as they were checking folks in. A team member came over to me (I clearly wasn't checking in) to ask if they could assist me. They answered my questions without the need for me to continue to wait in line. Fantastic! Fun fact, they have a Rolls Royce to take you to your dinner reservation. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Zurich. A hearty thank you to the entire staff at Park Hyatt Zurich! Cheers!

Great Stay!
We had a great stay. Perfect location, very nice and clean room and amenities. Love the shower and tub! Staff is friendly and accommodating. Room service attendants are very prompt when we requested some items in the room. They also prepared us an anniversary celebration amenity: chocolate dipped strawberries and champagne. Flawless visit in Zurich
We had an exceptional stay at the Park Hyatt and were truly blown away by the level of service we received. Julien, the concierge, went above and beyond—not only making fantastic reservations but also assisting us when a cell phone was left in an Uber. His kindness and professionalism were unmatched. From start to finish, everything about our visit was wonderful. The location was central and absolutely perfect, and the room and amenities exceeded our expectations. We are so grateful for such a lovely experience and are already looking forward to coming back next year.

Park Hyatt by Lake Zurich
The hotel location is perfect, right by the Zurich lake. All of hotel staffs are friendly and professional. A stand out among the team member there is Ms. Tamara Milosevich. She is passionate and helpful. An absolute joy to talk to. After Zurich we visited Vienna, and as it were Tamara was from Vienna. On her recommendation we visited the Tier Garten by the Schönbrunn Palace. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent.

Great location, excellent facilities, amazing staff
We are a family of 3 and we had an absolutely amazing stay at Park Hyatt. The hotel is very conveniently located right in the middle of the city and the rooms and the facilities were great. But what makes the hotel truly stand out is the amazing hospitality of everyone - right from the reception desk, to housekeeping, to the restaurant staff. I would like to make a special mention of Hana and Lukas from the restaurant team who were incredibly courteous and nice to us.
