Enter our cozy lobby, with its plush sofas, elegant fireplace and cut flowers, and you know you’ve discovered a hidden gem. A welcoming flute of champagne kicks off your stay, continued with such unexpected delights as warm cookies and milk, and turndown service with a Southern treat. Our desire is that you’ll feel right at home in your luxurious Charleston retreat. Our frequent returning guests promise us that’s the case.

Hotel is very central to restaurants and sites. The hotel is very well maintained and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend. It is very spacious and offers lovely tranquil spaces to relax and chill. I would definitely revisit

Jessica Bowman & Lynn Maher, and their teams provided us with personalized, memorable service! The Housekeeping staff offered additional supplies although what was in the room was very adequate. The Wine and Cheese in the evening had a nice assortment of nibbles. The breakfast was offered “in bed” ,delivered to your door (big hit for my group) OR in the lobby: pastries, fresh cut fruit, etc. all nicely presented. Park your car and settle in for the weekend. We voted to come back for our next annual get together.

The French Quarter Inn has it all. The location, staff, facility and included services were all first rate. This had to be one of the best hotel stays we have experienced. The staff was very congenial and helpful. The added services included in the cost of the stay were exceptional.

We went for a “girls” weekend to celebrate a big birthday. The French Quarter Inn is a wonderful combination of elegance, comfort and charm. Great central location. The morning breakfasts and the wine & cheese happy hour made our stay even more enjoyable. The entire staff could not have been more welcoming. We highly recommend.

It makes sense that it is one of the top 15 places to stay in the U.S., the staff made a wonderful impression and were dedicated to making sure we had the best experience possible. Every detail is thought through down to the small vile of room spray they give you to take home to remember your stay. They offer free breakfast that they will literally run into your room for you at a time you decide, local soaps and coffee, a pillow menu with options for expectant mothers, and a complimentary wine and cheese hour. I’ve never seen anything like it and we can’t wait to come back.

I am a former chef and am now a catering director at a private country club. Being extremely picky and wanting the best possible accommodations and food - we were nothing but happy with French Quarter Inn!

My wife and I stayed at the French Quarter Inn on a Monday and Tuesday evening. As our second visit to Charleston, we wanted to enjoy the Battery area history and restaurants for a couple days. French Quarter Inn was fantastic! The staff really set the stage for a memorable and rejuvenating visit. Charleston really is a unique and wonderful city, and I highly recommend the French Quarter Inn for helping us take a little of Charleston with us.
