French Quarter Inn

Just had an AMAZING stay at this hotel. Everything about this place was top tier.....friendly and helpful valet (shoutout to Mathew), easy and quick check in, beautiful room (stayed in 102 off the lobby), amazing and super professional staff, 24 hour coffee/tea and plentiful breakfast, snack, etc.....and fantastic location. If possible, try to stay on the lobby floor so you will have easier access to the food / coffee, etc......though you may want to stay on the side closer to the check-in desk, as it is a bit more secluded and quiet (we did not, but it was fine anyway) Just stay here and stop looking anywhere else..... We recently stayed at the French Quarter Inn for our 46th anniversary.Outstanding service from the valet “Jay”, guest room attendant “Carisma”, lobby bar “Alex” and all the staff at the front desk, exceptional! The general manager Carlo Carroccia”surprised us with an anniversary card and bottle of champagne, waiting in our room! I can’t say enough about this 5 star inn. I loved the entire atmosphere. We didn’t use our car at all. Everything we wanted to do or visit was within walking distance. I wish I could return every year. We travel frequently, but this Inn exceeded our expectations! Please don’t hesitate to book this Inn, you won’t regret it! Thank you for a memorable experience 🙂!

My family and I recently visited Charleston and stayed at the French Quarter Inn. Between the amenities and the service, we all agreed that it might be the best hotel we've ever stayed in. The service was excellent and the location was walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the ocean, and lots of interesting sites to see. We filled two days without driving. The rooms were extremely comfortable and there was a lovely breakfast, happy hour, and milk and cookies available throughout the day. It was really a remarkable stay.

What a beauteous hotel. I went on a solo-trip to Charleston, stayed at the French Quarter Inn, and found it to be pure Southern charm. I was greeted every day with warmth from all who worked there, offered champagne at check-in, had a well-appointed suite that was luxe and clean, experienced excellent service my entire trip, and loved all of the food + treats offered throughout the day (and night). My favorite part about my stay, other than my room, was the full cook-to-order breakfast delivered to my room each day AND warm cookies + milk that was served each evening (included in the room rare). So lovely! The location is unbeatable as it's just steps from Charleston's best in the French Quarter. This was a truly unforgettable stay! I will return when I revisit Charleston.
