Great Service!
The manager, Greg M., was incredible. We presented him with a logistical problem and he came up with a creative solution that worked. The lobby’s creative design includes great artwork. I will definitely stay here next time I am in Charleston!

Amazing Stay at Vendue Art Hotel
The best service ever. Housekeeping took initiative on things. Sarah and staff were great with communication. Very professional. Lovely place. The Rooftop Bar and Restaurant offered a spectacular view of the sunset. Nice selection of wine and food. My friend and I shared some chocolate decadent dessert.

First time in Charleston and this was a perfect place to start!
The perfect location to explore the beautiful Charleston. The hotel is steps away from the Pineapple Water fountain. Easy walk to King Street and the marketplace. Was only 15 minutes to walk to the pier to catch the ferry to Ft Sumter. Safe area never had a moment of worry day or night. The vibe at the hotel is very young. Excellent staff always available to help. Roof top bar was definitely a scene. The art throughout the property made it even more unique. The morning delivery of a breakfast box and fresh coffee in the lobby was a perfect way to begin the days there. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience for lodging and dining
Our whole experience was so lovely from the staff, the comfort of the rooms, the daily cocktail hour, and the art installations and tours. Could not recommend enough. We were there when a new installation was going up so we had two different art tours. The rooftop was great but was getting crowded by the weekend in the evening.

A funky art boutique with great customer service
Overall the customer service was very good. A 5 for responsiveness. It was a bit loud at night as I faced the street and heard low music well into the morning. They did try to resolve with a room change but nothing was available so they offered drinks at the Roof Top Bar, a great spot for a sunset drink and casual food options. The room is no frills but comfortable. It is an old building. The art is super unique and cool and they provide an art walk most days but I was at the tennis tournament so missed that. Parking is valet and a bit pricy but a good option as the parking garages around there are almost the same price minus a tip of course. I didn’t dine at Revival but it has some excellent reviews. The location is a 5 as well. It’s a fun funky boutique hotel.
